Clear roles, real accountability
Organisation access is managed separately from board roles. Access levels are Account Admin (full administrative access) and Member (standard access). Board and committee roles reflect real governance positions: Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary, Trustee or Director or Member, Chief Executive (a non-voting advisory role) and Guest. An organisation can run multiple governance bodies, main board, subsidiary committees, advisory panels, each tracked with its own membership, meetings and records. Every member profile links to that person’s individual Boarded governance profile, connecting their board service to their personal record.
