Our story
Boarded started with a simple observation: governance in New Zealand is full of avoidable friction. Boards can’t find the right people; the people can’t find the boards. When a director leaves, the institutional knowledge goes with them. Administrators lose hours to paperwork, and smaller organisations are unsure what the law now asks of them.
So we built one platform for both sides of governance, a marketplace that connects governance professionals with the organisations that need them, and a full board workspace to run meetings, decisions, documents and compliance.
