Some decisions can’t wait for the next meeting. Flying minutes is the formal mechanism. The Chair, Secretary or Admin creates a resolution with a mover, seconder and voting deadline. The system emails each eligible member a personal, secure voting link, no login required.
Votes tallied by your rules
Counted against your configured voting rule: simple majority, two-thirds, and so on.
Promoted to the register
Passed or failed, the outcome flows straight into the resolutions register.

Actions that don't fall through the cracks
Actions arising from meetings are captured with an owner, a due date and a status (open, in progress, completed), linked to the meeting they came from. Open actions carry forward automatically onto the next meeting agenda, so follow-up is built in rather than remembered.
